Interim Head of Network Management and Enforcement, City of Edinburgh Council

Carlyn Fraser has worked in local government for 35 years. She began working on road safety, active travel and behavioural change projects 22 years ago and has since led Network Management and Road Safety teams in both rural and city councils.

Carlyn is currently the Head of Network Management & Enforcement at City of Edinburgh Council overseeing day-to-day operations of the Citywide Road Coordination, Parking and Traffic Enforcement, Intelligent Traffic Systems, Road Safety and Public Transport functions to ensure smooth and safe travel for all.
