From bespoke design to full turnkey Project Management, We offer a full range of Services across the the United Kingdom. iLine Technologies are Culvert & Sewer rehabilitation specialists with over 25 year’s experience in the renovation of ageing and dilapidated pipes and culverts of all shapes and sizes up to 7m in Diameter. Using either GRP-UV cured CIPP liners up to 2mtrs in diameter and up to 30mm thickness or bespoke prefabricated GRP units (supplied by Channeline) up to 7mtrs in diameter to provide a Fully Structural stand- alone solutions with a 120year design life and minimal cross sectional area loss. We are RISQS Qualified with PTS trained personnel and have a fully qualified confined space rescue team. We are also a Constructionline Gold company & Builders profile premier member. We offer our clients a full package of works from Design of UV liners through to construction and installation. We have now renovated over 450 culverts for Network Rail throughout the UK over the past 5 years, giving iLine Technologies unrivalled experience in the installation of UV GRP liners. The UV cure process is quick and efficient to install with liner curing rates of 1m per minute being possible resulting in a Fully structural standalone new pipe. It is also safe, environmental friendly, and is a fully portable system which requires minimal enabling works, no curing water or disposal of contaminated water and no possible pollution risks. iLine Technologies have installed more large diameter liners in the UK than any other contractor using UV light curing technology & GRP segment lining. We were responsible for many new innovations and systems currently used throughout the industry today. Our fresh approach sets us apart from others, and our willingness to assist in feasibility studies or general, pro-active advice is something we pride ourselves upon. iLine installed a WORLD RECORD 30mm thick UV GRP liner in a Twin 900mm x 1400mm culverts for Essex Highways in October 2016 in Just 4.5 days at 1/6th cost of open cut & with No road closure necessary.
