Clearview has been producing innovative technologies for nearly 50 years with the first fully electronic traffic counter to enable direct data transfer to a computer – the Marksman Mk2 Traffic Classifier – launched in 1974 (under the Golden River brand). Fast forward to 2023 and our products range from our latest hardware platform, Connex, to our Data Management platform – Insight. Clearview has been delivering technology solutions to the highways and transport sector for over 40 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative ideas to the industry. Our culture is one of collaboration – with clients, partners and our wider supply chain in order to continue to innovate and grow our business – enabling us to offer new and bespoke technology solutions to our clients. Our products include in-road vehicle detection; count and classification of vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians (with other forms of mobility under test); active road studs – solar and hard-wired; Journey Time Monitoring; and parking management. We also pride ourselves on our approach to working with third party products to enable us to deliver complete schemes that improve road safety and traffic flow and enable highway teams and transport planners to better understand, manage, and improve their networks.
