Gemma is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has worked with Transport Scotland for over 12 years.

Having worked in both the public and private sectors, she has experience of the procurement, design and construction of large infrastructure projects as well as road maintenance.

Gemma is Head of A9 Dualling Programme Delivery at Transport Scotland.
