Sustainable and fast state road rehabilitation in Münsterland | HaTelit® asphalt reinforcement
On the L570 state road, extensive damage such as rutting, deformation and cracking made rehabilitation urgently necessary between October 2020 and March 2021. The Straßen.NRW Münsterland rehabilitated the state road between Ahaus and Schöppingen over a length of around 3.6 kilometres. During the rehabilitation, the resistant HaTelit® asphalt reinforcement (asphalt interlayer, pavement grid) was used to delay reflective cracking to a maximum and significantly extend the service life of the road.
Construction of a geogrid-reinforced bridge abutment in the shortest time
Experience how a complete bridge construction succeeds in just 80 days with a geogrid-reinforced bridge abutment and a pre-assembled composite bridge. In the pilot project, soil layers are built up with HUESKER Fortrac geogrid in a way that they can safely support the bridge superstructure in the long term. Complex reinforcement and concrete work can thus be reduced to a minimum and time can be saved. This makes this construction method fast, highly efficient and resource-saving. Measurement technology was also installed for long-term monitoring of the structure.
