A preblended cementitious repair concrete which complies with the Highways England Specification for Highway Works white book Series 5700 Structural Concrete.
Conformity testing to BS EN 1504-3 has confirmed that webercem five star repair concrete meets the requirements for a Class R4 repair product.
webercem repair concrete CP
A preblended cementitious repair concrete which fully complies with the Highways England Specification for Highway Works Class 29F high-strength flowing concrete. Contains non-reactive aggregates and a low soluble-alkali cement content suitable for use where cathodic protection will subsequently be used.
Conformity testing to BS EN 1504-3 has confirmed that webercem five star repair concrete CP meets the requirements for a Class R4 repair product.
webercem spray DS
webercem spray DS is a pre-bagged, ready-to-use, polymer-modified, cement based structural concrete. It contains graded inert limestone aggregates and dust suppressants. The formulation has been designed specially for dry process spray application to give high strength, low rebound and wastage, and to maximise the application thickness.
Conformity testing to BS EN 1504-3 has confirmed that webercem spray DS meets the requirements for a Class R4 repair product.

Shrinkage compensated, precision cementitious grout for dry packing, grouting, bolt fixing and bedding of machinery.
webercem precision grout is a premixed cementitious grout developed for applications where an economical grout with good flow and strength is required. webercem precision grout is designed primarily as a flowing grout but can also be used at a trowellable or dry pack consistency.

High-flow, high-strength, shrinkage-compensated, cementitious precision grout.
webercem precision grout SP is a premixed cementitious grout developed for applications where an economical grout with good flow and retention of flow and higher strengths is required.
Designed primarily as a flowing grout, but can also be used at a trowellable consistency. Meets Highways England Specification for Highway Works, Vol. 1, Clause 2601.

webercem repair concrete is a pre-blended cementitious repair concrete. Conformity testing to BS EN 1504 part 3 has confirmed that the solution meets the requirements for a Class R4 repair product.
webercem repair concrete has many uses including:-

webercem HB40 application
webercem HB40 is a single-component, polymer-modified, high build cementitious mortar, designed for structural concrete repairs. It requires only the addition of clean water to produce a lightweight, low permeability, high strength mortar for both soffit and vertical repair situations. The mortar is suitable for repairs to bridges and other structures as specified by the Department of Transport.
This product has been formulated to comply with the requirements of BS EN 1504-3 as an R3 mortar.
