Special Lifting
ALPS special lifting solutions are applied to lower and raise permanent under deck bridge gantries, as well as the lifting of construction materials when cranes are not viable.
Rope Access
Industrial rope access techniques have been honed to become one of the quickest, safest and most effective methods of gaining rapid access to a structure, including confined spaces.
Standard Facade Cradles
When other means of access are impractical or cost-prohibitive, ALPS can supply, install and operate standard facade cradles to enable construction and maintenance work to be carried out.
Scaffolding
Designed around project deliverables, our scaffolding and access
solutions ensure all users are in a safe environment when working
at height, in confined spaces and in populated locations.
Our in-house design capabilities are of particular value when projects require bespoke
scaffolding design solutions, such as constructing suspended
scaffolding or accommodating intricate bridge structures
Surface Preparation
Surfaces that are properly prepared will improve the performance of the protective
coating. The physical hardness of the surface is measured to determine the best
material and method to remove corrosive elements and prepare for coating. Our
ICORR qualified inspectors check each stage of surface preparation.
Coatings
When properly applied, the right coatings system will minimise throughlife maintenance and improve structural longevity. To choose the best performing coatings system, our technicians assess the operating environment and durability requirements. To maximise performance, and crucially, to meet our stringent health and safety standards, we also assess the environment in which we apply the coatings system, such as the level of
confinement and ambient surroundings.
Steel Repair
Denholm Industrial Services works with our steel fabrication partner, Cairnhill Structures Ltd, a market leader in steel repair and bridge refurbishment. Cairnhill offers a total turnkey solution from concept design to installation, including new build and offsite manufacture. Cairnhill's bridge systems can incorporate:

o Metalwork including stainless steel and aluminum finish
