Paul started his professional career at London Control ATC, where he worked in both operations and engineering. Subsequently, he founded leading drone training and consultancy company Consortiq.
Paul is also part of a number of trade bodies and national authorities which support the development of drone regulation. Paul previously held the position of legislation director for UK trade body ARPAS, and has contributed to working groups for the UK government, ICAO, and various national aviation authorities.
