Henry Dempsey is the Group Manager  for Glasgow City Council Technical Services Design section.

He is a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years’ experience covering all aspects of maintaining and upgrading the City’s highway structures network.

In his present role Henry manages a team  involved in many areas of bridge works ranging from the asset management of 300 year old arch bridges through to the delivery from inception to completion of multi million pound iconic bridge projects.
