Button / Banner on the Show Website

Price - Button £150 / Banner £250
Use the show website http://www.road-expo.com to advertise your company. Spaces are limited and subject to availability. Adverts will be displayed on the website until December 2008 and can be static or animated. Size: 120 x 120 pixels. The buttons can be linked to your company profile or to your website.

Visitor Carrier Bags

Price £850 (includes production of paper bags)
On entry to the show every visitor to Road Expo Scotland 2009 will receive a bag containing the show guide and selected marketing material including yours and a limited number of other companies. One side of the bag can contain your company logo and short message. Let it be your name that people take home with them!

You Are Here Board

Price: £poa
The first port of call for all visitors in the exhibition hall is the ‘you are here board' showing the floorplan for the whole exhibition.

Package includes:

Stand prominently marked on ‘You Are Here' boards
Your company logo will be added to the ‘You Are Here' boards
Stand and company logo will be promoted on the floorplan in the show guide

Literature Racks

Price: £150 / rack
Display your literature other than on your stand. Positioned in a prominent place. This is a cost effective way to increase your presence at the show.

Inserts in Visitor Carrier Bags

Price: £300 / 1000
Place your sales brochure or give-away into the visitor bag, which will be available to all visitors at Road Expo Scotland 2009. This sponsorship is limited to a total of three sponsors.

Inserts in Pre-Show Badge Mailing

Price: £poa
Include your product leaflet in the badge mailings. Sent to all pre-registered professionals, including your leaflet in the mailing will give you a head start and raise your profile at the show. This sponsorship opportunity is limited to one sponsor only and restrictions on weight and dimensions apply.

Pre Registered Visitor Wine Giveaway

Price: £poa
Every tenth pre-registered visitor will receive a free bottle of wine, which will be available for collection from your stand. This is an ideal way to increase the amount of visitor traffic to your stand.
