Now that you have booked your stand at Road Expo Scotland, the marketing to promote your company and its products and services needs to start right away. There are a number of ways you can ensure that the prospects you want to see come to your stand.

Outlined below are a number of FREE promotional opportunities available to exhibitors before the show so that you can get the most out of exhibiting. Time and time again, the exhibitors that take up these FREE propmotional opportunities have the most successful shows.

FREE Direct Mail Service
We can mail all your potential visitors free of charge. All we will require will is your headed paper, letter copy, electronic signature, contact list in an excel spreadsheet. If you are worried about releasing your contact list, don't be. We use a third party mailing house for all exhibitor mailings and databases are deleted after use.  

FREE Personalised Electronic Postcard
We can provide you with a personalised electronic version of the show ticket, with your company logo, stand number and all the show details on it. Send us your company logo in jpeg format and we can do the rest! Then you will have a personalised e-ticket to email to any new clients, or existing customers.

FREE additional visitor invites
Visitor invites are useful for contacting your clients directly. Even if you don’t want to take up the above offers but still wish to send out invites please inform of us of how many you will require. There is no limit to how many we can provide so please feel free to invite as many people as you want. N.B. We will send you 50 automatically.

FREE Catalogue Entry in the show guide
Have your company details and stand number listed in the official show guide and on the wbsite. We require – 50 words on your company and products. You can now check your company details and upload your 50 word entry yourself in the exhibitor zone section of the website. Or if you would prefer, send your 50 word entries to emma.noctor@fav-house.com and we can insert it for you.

FREE show logo 
The Show Logo as seen below, can be placed on any of your promotional sources. Keep your potential clients informed about your presence at the show by placing this image on your advertising and marketing. If you are promoting products that will be on display at the exhibtion, it is important to inform people that the product will be on display at Road Expo Scotland and which stand it can be found on.

Official show website
Take advantage of the opportunities available to you on the official show website. In addition, to receiving a free listing with your company contact details, we are also offering space to promote your company on our exhibitor news page. All you have to do is send us 100 - 300 words of interesting news about products and services you are launching, demonstrations going on your stand, competitions etc and we will add this to the news page along with a picture if you have one.

Enhanced website listing (£99)
Website listing with a link to your website and company logo. We require – company logo in jpeg format, website address, 50 word company profile. Or, if you are willing, we will upload your logo and a link to our website free of charge, in return for our logo and website link to be placed on your website.

PR and editorial
We will be extensively promoting the event as a whole throughout industry press. If you are launching a new or innovative product let us know. Not only will we publicise the fact on our website, we will also try to get the news published in the industry media in our press releases.
