Speaker : Melanie Clarke
Melanie is Highways England's Operations Customer Service
Director. Her division are responsible for bringing a customer
focus to their operational activities across the Strategic Road
Network. With a focus on improving customer experience, her team
works to keep the performance and standards of Scottish roads high
and find innovative new solutions to help keep customers informed
and in control of their journeys.
Melanie has over 12 years' experience working for Highways
England including setting up, embedding and improving operational
teams as well as the on-road Traffic Officer Service. She is also a
champion for positive career development, founding the Highways
England Leading Women's Network for colleagues to support each
other and share knowledge and experience across the company.
